Jennifer Cassels - President

Jennifer began her career in the title industry in 2004. As the President of Park Avenue Title, she has personally examined thousands of title abstracts to determine the condition of title and make insurability decisions based on real property laws and title insurer underwriting guidelines.She has extensive experience in all aspects of closing real estate transactions ranging from clearing title issues, preparing HUD’s in compliance with RESPA and lender guidelines, coordinating closing documents to managing and disbursing escrow funds. She has closed over one thousand residential and commercial transactions to date. Her primary role today is focusing on the management, marketing and sales functions of the agency. Jennifer is a member of both the New Jersey Land Title Association and the American Land Title Association. She is also an active member of Biznet, a local business networking group.





Denise Daly -Senior Closing Agent

Denise has sixteen years of experience as a closing agent. She coordinates and conducts the majority of our closings. She expertly tends to all the details essential to a successful real estate closing from:clearing title, preparing the HUD-1 settlement statement to accurately disbursing all funds. Clients appreciate the personal attention and friendly service they receive when working with Denise. Her warm, calm and friendly disposition puts our clients at ease. She treats every customer like they’re her only customer. Her goal is to make each and every transaction smooth and seamless for our clients.








Sheila Corley - Title Processor

Sheila started her real estate career with K. Hovnanian right out of high school as a receptionist. She transitioned to the title end of the business in 2002. Her main function at the title agency was typing title binders, preparing endorsements and title policies. She began working at Park Avenue Title in January of 2013 in the post-closing department. Her primary responsibilities are post-closing intake which includes: obtaining cover records in a timely manner to insure all requirements have been met, typing title policies and sending them to the appropriate parties to finalize and close out the file. Sheila’s speed and diligence in delivering the policies to our clients in a timely manner have made her a favorite among our attorney clientele.


Ed Cassels - Office Manager

Ed manages the day-to-day operations of our office. He handles a variety of administrative duties from making bank deposits, ordering supplies, distributing incoming mail to communicating with our vendors. His main responsibility is maintaining an accurate database of all recorded security instruments and cover records for the post-closing department. Ed brings a positive attitude to the office each day. He works hard to ensure a professional and pleasant work environment for everyone here. He is the glue that holds the office together and has it running smoothly and efficiently.
